About the standard
ISO 21001 is a management system standard that provides a common framework for organizations delivering educational products and services, aimed at improving the satisfaction of learners and other beneficiaries. It specifies requirements for an educational organization management system (EOMS) that supports institutions in consistently designing, delivering, and evaluating learning, while sharing ISO's harmonized structure for easy integration with standards like ISO 9001. It applies to any formal, nonformal, or informal educational organization, regardless of size or delivery method.
